Shipping / Delivery Policy

1. All products are digital

Savings Partners LLC sells downloadable digital products only — spreadsheet files (Excel .xlsx and Google Sheets copy links), Notion template duplication links and PDF guides. Nothing is manufactured, packaged or shipped physically, so no courier, postage, customs or handling charges ever apply to your order.

2. Delivery method and timing

• Immediately upon a successful checkout, a confirmation email containing your secure download links and template access is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
• Delivery is typically instant (within seconds) and in all normal cases arrives within 5 minutes.
• Your download links also appear on the order confirmation page shown directly after payment, so you can download without waiting for email.
• Download links remain valid for 30 days and allow multiple downloads; after that we re-issue them free of charge on request.
• Delivery is worldwide — any country, any time zone, 24 hours a day.

3. Shipping fees

There are no shipping fees, delivery charges or handling fees. The price shown on the product page, plus any applicable tax calculated at checkout, is the total amount charged.

4. If your files do not arrive

• Check the spam, promotions and junk folders for a message from support@savingspartners.online.
• Confirm the email address entered at checkout was spelled correctly.
• If a corporate mail filter is blocking the message, try a personal address or add our domain to your safe-sender list.
• Still nothing? Email support@savingspartners.online or call +1 818 443 0021 with the email address used at checkout. We re-issue your links, usually within a few hours and always within 24–48 business hours.

5. What you need to open the files

Microsoft Excel 2016 or newer, or a free Google account for Google Sheets; a free Notion account for the Notion templates; and any standard PDF reader for the guides. No plugins, macros or paid add-ons are required.

6. Failed or delayed delivery

If we are ultimately unable to deliver your files, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We do not treat undelivered orders as final sales.
