1. Who you are contracting with

2. What we sell

We sell downloadable digital products only: spreadsheet files, Notion template duplication links and PDF guides. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and no consulting, bookkeeping or advisory services are included with any purchase.

3. Payment terms

• All prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) and are charged as a single one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or automatic renewals.
• Current prices: Small Business Cashflow Dashboard $29.00; Expense Audit & Vendor Savings Tracker $39.00; Complete Financial Management Toolkit (bundle) $59.00.
• Payment is due in full at checkout. Access to files is granted only after the payment processor confirms a successful authorisation and capture.
• Any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated based on your billing location and shown before you confirm payment.
• Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor over 256-bit TLS. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• We may cancel and refund an order and revoke access where a transaction is flagged as fraudulent, where a chargeback is filed, or where payment fails to settle.
• Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order.

4. Digital license grant

Upon full payment, Savings Partners LLC grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased files for the internal business or personal purposes of one single business entity or individual. You may copy the files for backup, adapt them for your own operations, and share them with employees and contracted advisors of that same entity who need them to do their work.

5. License restrictions

• Do not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute or give away the files, in original or modified form.
• Do not publish the files or derivative templates as your own product, course material, lead magnet or free download.
• Do not upload the files to public repositories, template marketplaces or file-sharing sites.
• Do not remove or obscure copyright, ownership or attribution notices contained in the files.

All intellectual property in the products remains with Savings Partners LLC. Agency, multi-entity and reseller licenses are available on request — contact us. Breach of this section terminates your license immediately without refund.

7. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. No financial advice

Our products are informational tools. They do not constitute accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and Savings Partners LLC is not acting as your accountant, CPA, tax preparer or fiduciary. Verify all outputs and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the decisions you make.

9. Warranty and disclaimer

We warrant that the files delivered will be materially as described on the product page and free of corruption at the time of delivery. Beyond this, the products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant any specific savings, revenue or financial outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Savings Partners LLC arising from or relating to any purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Acceptable use of this site

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or overload the site, circumvent payment, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@savingspartners.online so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date.
