1. Data controller

Savings Partners LLC, 29310 Laro Dr, Agoura Hills, CA 91301, United States, is the controller of personal data processed through savingspartners.online. Contact us at support@savingspartners.online or +1 818 443 0021 for any privacy matter.

2. Data collection notice — what we collect

  • Order and identity data: name, email address, billing country and billing postal code, provided by you at checkout.
  • Payment data: processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We receive only a transaction reference, the last four digits of the card, the card brand and the payment status. We never receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials.
  • Support data: the name, email address, subject and message content you submit through our contact form or send by email or phone.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected for security, fraud prevention and aggregate analytics.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we do not collect sensitive categories of personal data (health, biometric, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs).

3. Why we process it and our lawful bases

  • To process your order, deliver your download links and issue receipts — performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To provide customer support and handle refund requests — performance of a contract and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and chargebacks, and to keep the site secure — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To meet tax, accounting and other legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • To send optional product update emails — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link.

4. We do not sell your personal information

Savings Partners LLC does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and has not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.

5. Service providers we share data with

We disclose the minimum necessary personal data to processors acting on our documented instructions: our payment processor (payment authorisation, tax calculation, receipts and dispute handling), our email delivery provider (order fulfilment and support replies), and our website hosting and analytics providers. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We may also disclose data where required by law, subpoena or lawful request, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.

6. International transfers

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

7. Retention

  • Order and transaction records: 7 years, to satisfy US tax and accounting rules.
  • Support correspondence: 24 months from the last message in the thread.
  • Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent, plus 12 months of proof.
  • Server and security logs: 90 days.

8. Your GDPR rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

9. Your CCPA/CPRA rights

California residents have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, purposes and recipients; to delete personal information; to correct inaccurate personal information; to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither); and to limit use of sensitive personal information (we collect none). We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights — no denial of goods, no different price and no reduced service quality.

10. How to exercise your rights

Email support@savingspartners.online with the subject line "Privacy Request", or call +1 818 443 0021. To protect your account we verify requests by confirming control of the email address used at purchase. Authorised agents may submit requests with written permission from the consumer.

11. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for security, checkout session integrity and load balancing, plus privacy-respecting aggregate analytics. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though checkout may not function without necessary cookies.

12. Security

All traffic is encrypted with 256-bit TLS. Access to order data is restricted to authorised personnel using multi-factor authentication and is logged. If a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay and within 72 hours where GDPR applies.

13. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and, where required, communicated by email before taking effect.
